C B Frost has perfected many alternative manufacturing techniques that utilize a wide range of materials to produce sealing gaskets that meet most operational requirements. We can take two material and bond them together using suitable adhesives and as a preferred distributor of Bostik we can take advantage of their technical expertise to find the correct adhesive to suit the application.

We have the facility to produce cutting formes that enable C B Frost to create complex shapes when manufacturing seals with bonded joints. This in turn can increase the longevity and durability of the joint due to wider bonding surfaces. Combining this process with our two part adhesive system creates a chemical cross link to the surfaces being bonded and enables the joint to withstand degradation in the most hostile environments.
