Bespoke design solutions
Tooling manufactured to client’s unique design, parts then produced using one of our many overhead presses.

Various material thickness’
Range of materials from 0.5mm to 25mm

Hand cut gaskets
Commonly used for prototypes and small volume requirements.

Collapsible gaskets
Minimizes scrap rate of material therefore offering more competitive prices.

Plain or Adhesive backed
Materials can be offered plain, adhesive backed single or double sided using a range of adhesive tapes suitable for a variety of applications.

Kiss Cut pads
Cost effective option for large volumes. This process cuts adhesive backed parts in roll form leaving the parts on a continuous release liner. We can remove waste material for pick and place application.

Water Jet Cutting
This is an alternative method where thicker materials are required and standard cutting tools cannot be used. Water Jet cutters are capable of producing intricate cuts closely nested to maximize material usage.
